Our process
We start by implementing our patient intake protocols. During this process, we interview patients to collect their medical histories and other relevant details, verify their identities, and document any questions or concerns they may have. We keep thorough records of patients. We ensure that healthcare providers receive the patient information alongside their blood samples.
What We do
At Veina Voyage, we obtain blood donations and samples from patients. We set up the necessary blood collection equipment, which includes needles, tubing, and collection bags. Next, we locate the patients' veins, sanitize the skin, and draw the needed amount of blood. Our mobile phlebotomists clean the extraction site and provide patients with bandages. We strive to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for everyone involved.
After Your Visit
Our phlebotomists will deliver your blood samples to laboratories for testing and processing. This involves using refrigeration and other preservation methods to transport the samples, ensuring they are accurately logged during intake, and coordinating with laboratory technicians to handle the blood samples upon delivery. We prioritize maintaining the integrity of the samples throughout the entire process.
